if someone needs to make a minimum of $4,000 per month to afford your house and they
aren’t paying cash, don’t waste your time with someone who only makes
$1,500 per month. That may sound harsh, but hey, this is business! I’m not telling
you to be rude, I’m telling you that as a for sale by owner - fsbo - you better treat
this as a business transaction. Be polite, but don’t waste your time unless
they have the CASH... or can get it!
